Refund and Return Policy
2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
MRogue offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on unopened products only. The 30-day period begins on the date the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.
2.2 Research-Use Restriction
All products sold by MRogue are strictly intended for in vitro research use only. Any customer communication suggesting or implying human or animal consumption will immediately void eligibility for refunds. Such requests may not receive a response.
2.3 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for unopened products returned within the 30-day eligibility period. Requests submitted after this period may be reviewed at MRogue’s sole discretion, but approval is not guaranteed.
2.4 Return Authorization Requirement
Customers must obtain written return authorization prior to returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MRogue does not provide prepaid return labels.
2.6 Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
3.1 Carrier Loss
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, MRogue will provide a one-time complimentary reshipment of the original order within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmation.
